So this can be used on the windshield in FL? A little confused as I just read the Florida Laws on Window Tinting article. Is this true for 3M's crystalline series as well? I understand it is also clear. Thank you!

Yes. 3M's Crystalline series would also fall into the "legal" category for windshields.
